Representative O’Driscoll, Chair of the Government Operations and Elections Policy, called the meeting to order at 10:16AM on March 1, 2018, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

Representative O’Driscoll officially call the meeting to order at 10:22AM. A quorum was present.
Representative Nelson moved to approve the minutes of February 27th, 2018. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
