Chair Dean officially called the meeting to order at 1:04 PM on March 2, 2017, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

HF 629 (RARICK) CHILD AGAINST ESTATES PROVISIONS UNDER MEDICAL ASSISTANCE MODIFIED

Representative Dean moved HF 629 be referred to the General Register.

Representative Rarick presented HF 629 to the committee.

Representative Dean moved HF 630 be re-referred to the committee on Civil Law and Data Practices.

Representative Dean moved the DE1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

The committee discussed the A2 amendment but it was not offered to the committee.

Representative Rarick presented HF 630 to the committee.

Representative Dean moved the DE1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Dean moved the A2 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative McDonald presented HF 865 to the committee.
