Chair Dean officially called the meeting to order at 6:49 PM on March 6, 2017, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Rep. Heintzeman moved the minutes of March 2, 2017 for approval. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 1203 (ALBRIGHT) HEALTH PLAN COVERAGE FOR PRESCRIPTION EYE DROP REFILLS REQUIRED

Representative Albright moved HF 1203 be re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Albright moved the A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Albright presented HF 1203 to the committee.

Representative Albright renewed his motion that HF 1203, as amended, be re-referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 1353 (SCHOMACKER) OBSOLETE NURSING FACILITY CROSS-REFERENCES CORRECTED

Representative Schomacker moved HF 1353 be re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Schomacker presented HF 1352 to the committee.

Representative Schomacker renewed his motion that HF1353 be re-referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 1571 (DEAN) LONG-TERM CARE SERVICES AND SUPPORTS STUDY STATUATORY CHANGES MADE, GAP ANALYSIS INLONG-TERM CARE SERVICES FUNDING PROVIDED, AND MONEY APPROPRIATED

Representative Dean moved HF 1571 to be referred to the Ways and Means Committee.

Representative Dean moved the A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Dean presented HF 1571 to the committee.

Representative Dean renewed his motion that HF 1571, as amended, be re-referred to the Ways and Means Committee. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 5 (DAVIDS) STATE-OPERATED REINSURANCE PROGRAM CREATED, AND MONEY APPROPRIATED

Representative Dean moved HF 5 to be re-referred to the Committee on Taxes.

Representative Dean moved the A2 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Schultz moved the A3 amendment. The amendment was discussed and Representative Schultz withdrew the A3 amendment.

Representative Davids presented HF 5 to the committee.
