MINUTES

Chair Dean officially called the meeting to order at 1:04 PM on April 19, 2018, in Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

Chair Dean moved that the Revisor, House Research, and Fiscal staff may make any technical corrections that are necessary for the bill to be engrossed for the Committee on Ways and Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Dean moved that the omnibus spreadsheet “2018 Session House Budget Tracking – HF3138 DE Author’s Amendment” be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Dean renewed his motion that HF 3138 as amended by re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means. THE AMENDMENT AS AMENDED WAS RE-REFERRED.
