MINUTES


Representative Schomacker, Chair of the Health and Human Services Reform Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:19 a.m. on Tuesday, February 28, 2017, in Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Albright moved to approve the minutes from February 23, 2017. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF1371 (Peterson) Hospital construction moratorium exception for a juvenile psychiatric hospital authorized.

Representative Peterson moved HF1371 be recommended to be re-referred to the Committee on Health and Human Services Finance.

Representative Peterson moved the A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
