Representative Jim Newberger, Vice Chair of the Job Growth & Energy Affordability Policy & Finance Committee, started the meeting at 9:02 AM on Monday, March 27, 2017, in Room 120 of the State Capitol Building. A quorum was not present.

Representative Mahoney moved the minutes of March 23, 2017 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
