Representative Pat Garofalo, Chair of the Jobs Growth and Energy Affordability Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 3:07 PM on April 18, 2018, in Room 10 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

HF4289 (Pat Garofalo) Renewable energy project funding provided, and money appropriated.
