MINUTES
Representative Gunther, Chair of the Legacy Funding Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:05 p.m. on February 6, 2017, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Murphy M. moved that the minutes of January 30, 2017 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Testifying before committee on behalf of the Minnesota State Arts Board, was Sue Gens, Executive Director.
Testifying before committee on behalf of the Minnesota Citizens for the Arts was David Marty, Board Chair, Reif Performing Arts Center of Grand Rapids, and Sheila Smith, Executive Director.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:14 p.m.
