MINUTES
Representative Gunther, Chair of the Legacy Funding Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:03 p.m. on March 20, 2017, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Presentation of Clean Water Fund Outcomes Report by the Office of the Legislative Auditor.
Judy Randall, Deputy Legislative Auditor, Office of the Legislative Auditor;
Sarah Delacueva, Deputy Legislative Auditor, Office of the Legislative Auditor.
A quorum was present at 1:10 p.m.
Representative Freiberg moved that the minutes of March 13, 2017 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF2405 (Petersburg) (Waseca County Veterans Memorial funding provided, and money appropriated). Chair Gunther moved that HF2405 be laid over for possible inclusion into the Legacy Funding Finance omnibus bill.
Testifying before committee were the following in favor of HF24052:

Harry Popiel, Chair Steering Committee, Waseca County Veterans Memorial Committee.
Chair Gunther renewed his motion that HF2405 be laid over for possible inclusion into the Legacy Funding Finance omnibus bill.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:45 p.m.
