Representative Cornish, Chair of the Public Safety and Security Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:17 AM on March 1, 2017 in Room 10 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Franke moved the minutes of the February 28, 2017 meeting be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF643 (Roz Peterson) Title protection and grounds for disciplinary action clarified, and technical changes made.

Representative Cornish moved HF643 to the General Register.
