MINUTES

Representative Davids, Chair of the Taxes Committee, began the meeting at 10:15 AM, on February 16, 2017, in Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Davids officially called the meeting to order at 10:16 AM. A quorum was present.

Representative Schultz moved the minutes from February 15, 2017 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF665 (Davids) Teacher expense credit allowed.

Representative Davids moved HF665 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Representative Davids renewed his motion that HF665 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.


HF255 (Anderson) K-12 education expense credit modified, credit amount and income phaseout increase, and credit phaseout threshold adjusted for inflation.

Representative Anderson moved HF255 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Representative Anderson renewed her motion that HF255 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

HF386 (Kresha) K-12 scholarship donation credit provided, and K-12 education credit extended to tuition.

Representative Davids moved HF386 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
