PROPERTY TAX AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT FINANCE COMMITTEE
MINUTES

Representative Drazkowski, Chair of the Property Tax and Local Government Finance Committee, officially called the meeting to order at 8:18AM on March 14th, 2018, in room 10 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF2971 (Sundin) State required to pay the costs of property tax judgments against state-assessed property.

Representative Drazkowski officially called the meeting to order at 8:18AM. A quorum was present.

Representative Loonan moved the minutes from March 7th, 2018 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Marquart moved HF2971 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Representative Marquart renewed his motion that HF2971 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF3297 (Anderson, S.) Decedent payments allowed.

Representative Barr moved HF3297 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Representative Barr renewed her motion HF3297 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. THE MOTION PREVAILED.








HF2956 (Schultz) Elderly living facility exempted from taxation.

Representative Nelson moved HF2956 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Representative Anderson, P. moved HF2909 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
