Representative Knoblach, Chair of the Ways & Means Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:19 AM on Monday, January 30, in the Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Knoblach called the meeting to order at 10:19 AM. A quorum was present.
Representative Knoblach introduced Minnesota Management and Budget Commissioner Myron Frans and Minnesota Management and Budget Director Margaret Kelly.
Commissioner Frans and Director Kelly gave a presentation of Governor Dayton’s FY2018-2019 biennial budget.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:57 AM.
