MINUTES

Representative Knoblach, Chair of the Ways & Means Committee, called the meeting to order at 5:10PM on Monday May 10th, 2017 in the Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Vogel called the meeting to order at 5:10PM a quorum was present.

Representative Gunther moved that the minutes of May 1, 2017 be approved
MOTION PREVAILED

Representative Vogel moved to refer SF444 to the General Register

SF444 (Joe Hoppe) Liquor sales allowed at the Minnesota Capitol, special licenses allowed, microdistilleries and farm wineries required to distill on premises, Minnesota distilled label established, off-sale license for microdistilleries modified, and 2018 Super Bowl extended alcohol service hours established.

Representative Vogel moved to adopt the DE3 Amendment MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED

Representative Hoppe presented SF444

Representative Vogel renewed his motion to refer SF444 as amended to the General Register

Representative Vogel moved to refer HF1415 to the General Register

HF1415 (Tony Albright) Fantasy sports authorized and regulated, and money appropriated.

Representative Albright presented HF1415

Representative Vogel moved to adopt the A17-0441 Amendment MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED
