Representative Knoblach, Chair of the Ways & Means Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:00pm on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 in the Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Carlson moved that the minutes of April 23, 2018 be approved

Representative Knoblach moved to refer HF2856 to the General Register

HF2856 (Johnson, B.) Omnibus public safety finance and policy bill.

Representative Knoblach moved the A34 amendment

Representative Gunther moved to refer HF4167 to the General Register

HF4167 (Gunther) Legacy fund money appropriated, legacy fund recipient requirements modified, Capitol art display provisions modified, and women's suffrage commemoration provided.

Representative Gunther moved the A19 amendment THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED

Representative Urdahl moved the A21 amendment
Representative Carlson incorporated a modification to the A21 amendment as follows:
Page 1, line 6, after “age,” insert “disability” THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT AS AMENDED WAS ADOPTED

Representative Gunther presented HF4167
