Representative Cheryl Youakim, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:37 PM on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 in Room 5 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

Representative Kunesh-Podein moved to approve the minutes for the Monday, March 4, 2019 meeting. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF1496 (Edelson) – Dyslexia screening required in school.
Representative Christensen moved that HF1496 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.
Representative Youakim moved the H1496DE1 author’s amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Erickson moved that HF1412 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.
Representative Erickson moved the A19-0100 author’s amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
