MINUTES

Representative Mike Freiberg, Chair of the Government Operations Committee, called the meeting to order at 9:48am on February 27th, 2020, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Elkins moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on February 25th, 2020 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF3228 (Morrison); Prescription Drug Affordability Act established, prescription drug affordability commission and prescription drug affordability requirements created, and report required.
