MINUTES

Representative Mike Freiberg Chair of the Committee, called the virtual Government Operations Committee meeting to order at 8:00am on April 29th, 2020, pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting is being broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Freiberg moved the minutes from April 8th, 2020. MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Freiberg moved HF3558 be referred to the Ways and Means Committee.

HF 3558 (Lippert); Advanced grant payments encouraged to certain persons, emerging farmers working group established, and maximum loan amount under the pilot agricultural microloan program doubled.

Representative Frieberg moved HF3558A3. MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Todd Lippert presented the bill as amended.
