MINUTES

Representative Moran, Chair of the Health and Human Services Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:31 p.m. on Wednesday, January 30, 2019, in Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Liebling moved to adopt the minutes from January 29, 2019. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Moran moved HF400 be recommended to be re-referred to the Committee on Commerce.

Rep. Pinto moved the A-1 amendment, incorporating the A-3 and A-4 amendments to the A-1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Rep. Liz Olson and Rep. Dave Baker presented the bill.
