MINUTES

Representative Her, Vice Chair of the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:01 A.M. on Friday, February 15, 2019, in Capitol Room 120 of the Minnesota State Capitol.

*Rep. Winkler joined at 10:19am.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Her called the meeting at 10:01 A.M. A quorum was present.

Carl Hamre, Index Office Supervisor of the Chief Clerk's Office of the Minnesota House of Representatives, presented to the Committee how the public can navigate the Bill Status Page to follow movement of Bills.

Representative Her moved to approve of P-6, Policy on Legal Fees. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Drazkowski moved to approve P-3A, Policy on Compensation Time and Timecard Policy. Kelly Knight, Director of Human Resources of the Minnesota House of Representatives Human Services Department, testified on the policy change. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


Representative O’Neill moved that the minutes of February 12, 2019 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.








The meeting was adjourned at 10:45 am.
