PROPERTY AND LOCAL TAX DIVISION COMMITTEE MEETING
MINUTES
Representative Loeffler, Chair of the Property and Local Tax Division Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:46 PM on February 11th, 2019, in Room 5 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Petersburg moved that the minutes of February 4, 2019 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The following Minnesota House of Representatives Nonpartisan Staff gave a background on production tax:

Rep. Marquart moved that HF 324 be laid over for possible inclusion in the division report.
Rep. Lislegard presented HF 324.
