MINUTES

Representative Jeanne Poppe, Chair of the Division, called the meeting to order at 9:45 AM on March 28th, 2019, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Brand moved that the minutes of March 26, 2019, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Poppe moved that H.F. 1581 be referred to the Ways and Means Committee. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Poppe moved that H.F. 1581 as amended be referred to the Ways and Means Committee. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Hansen moved that H.F. 1292 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus Agriculture bill.

Representative Anderson moved the H1292A1 amendment to H.F. 1292 for adoption.

Representative Poppe restated the motion to adopt the H1292A1 amendment to H.F. 1292. THE MOTION DID NOT PREVAIL AND THE AMENDMENT WAS NOT ADOPTED.

Representative Hansen renewed his motion to lay H.F. 1292 over for possible inclusion in the omnibus Agriculture bill.

Representative Poston moved that H.F. 2690 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus Agriculture bill.
