Representative Jim Davnie, Chair of the Education Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 9:45 am on February 5, 2019 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Rep. Sandstede moved that the minutes from January 31, 2019 be approved. Motion prevailed.
Presentation on school food nutrition and child hunger provided by the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) and other various organizations and specialists. Questions and answers from representatives and testifiers.
