Representative Jim Davnie, Chair of the Education Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 9:47 am on February 6, 2019 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Rep. Richardson moved that the minutes from February 5, 2019 be approved. Motion prevailed.
Presentation on English language learner demographics and the application of programs for English language learners in schools from administrative personnel. Questions and answers from representatives and testifiers.
HF 448 (Her) A bill relating to English language learner programs revenue increased and money appropriated.
Rep. Her presented HF 448.
Rep. Kotyza-Witthuhn renewed her motion to lay over HF 448 for possible inclusion in a future K12 omnibus bill. The bill was laid over.
