MINUTES

Representative Pinto, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:05 am on January 24, 2019 in Capitol Room 120.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present at 8:12am.

Aaron Sojourner, PhD, Carlson School of Management, testified about how income gaps affect early development.

Representative Bahner moved to approve the minutes. The motion prevailed.

Stephanie Hogenson and Jennifer Bertram, Children’s Defense Fund, testified about the KIDS COUNT data book.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:28 am.
