MINUTES
Representative Pinto, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:01 am on January 31, 2019 in Capitol Room 120.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Demuth moved to approve the minutes with one technical correction. The motion prevailed.
Bobbie Burnham, Director, Early Learning Services, Sandy Myers, Supervisor, Early Learning Services, and Kate Lynne Snyder, all from the Minnesota Department of Education, testified about Early Head Start, Head Start, Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten, School Readiness Plus, and Early Learning Scholarships.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:31 am.
