MINUTES

Representative Hansen, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 12:47 P.M. on March 14th, 2019, in Hearing Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Hansen called the meeting to order at 12:47 P.M. A quorum was present.

HF411 (Poppe) Clean water funding provided, bonds issued, and money appropriated.

Chair Hansen moved that HF411 be recommended to be returned to the Committee on Ways and Means with a recommendation that it be re-referred to the Division on Capitol Investment.

Representative Poppe moved the HF411A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Hansen renewed the motion that HF411, as amended, be recommended to be returned to the Committee on Ways and Means with a recommended re-referral to the Division on Capitol Investment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF2022 (Bierman) Electric vehicle charging stations installation in state parks required, and money appropriated.

Chair Hansen moved that HF2022 be recommended to be returned to the Committee on Ways and Means with a recommendation that it be re-referred to the Division on Energy and Climate Finance & Policy.

HF1853 (Lee) Electric vehicles supply equipment funding provided, and money appropriated.

Representative Lee moved that HF1853 be recommended to be returned to the Committee on Ways and Means with a recommended re-referral to the Division on Energy and Climate Finance & Policy.

Representative Lee moved the HF1853A2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Hansen moved that HF970 be laid over for possible inclusion.

Chair Hansen moved the HF970DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
