MINUTES
Representative Peter Fischer, Chair of the Water Division, called the meeting to order at 12:45 pm on Monday March 11, 2019 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Members excused:
A quorum was present.
Representative Torkelson moved to adopt the minutes from the division meeting on Wednesday March 6, 2019. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 1569 (Lippert). Drinking water protection pilot program established, and money appropriated.
Chair Fischer moved House File 1569 be recommended to be re-referred to the Environment Finance Division.
Representative Lippert presented his bill.

Chair Fischer moved the A2 amendment.

Chair Fischer moves to incorporate changes of the bill into an amendment to the amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The chair renewed his motion that House File 1569, as amended, be recommended to be re-referred to the Environment Finance Division. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
