WATER DIVISION
MINUTES
Representative Peter Fischer, Chair of the Water Division, called the meeting to order at 12:45 pm on Monday February 24, 2020 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Members excused:
A quorum was present.
Representative Sundin moved to adopt the minutes from the division meeting on Monday February 17, 2020. Rep. Fischer offered a correction for the date of the previous meeting. THE MOTION TO ADOPT THE MINUTES AS CORRECTED PREVAILED.
A presentation was given on the Governor’s Water Quality and Infrastructure Bonding plan by the following:
Jeff Freeman, Public Facilities Authority
Katrina Kessler, Pollution Control Agency
Angie Becker-Kudelka, Board of Water and Soil Resources
Annalee Garletz, Department of Natural Resources
Kyle Colvin, Metropolitan Council
Jim Stark, Executive Director of the Legislative Coordinating Commission (LCC) Subcommittee on Minnesota Water Policy gave a presentation on the recommendations by the Subcommittee.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:01 pm.
