Representative Jean Wagenius, Chair of the Energy and Climate Finance & Policy Division, called the first meeting to order at 9:46 A.M. on, March 5, 2019, in room 120 of the Capitol Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll. A quorum was present.

HF1787 (Acomb) - University of Minnesota Board of Regents goals and benchmarks for renewable fuels transition establishment funding provided, and money appropriated
Representative Acomb moved that HF 1787 be laid over for possible inclusion.

Chair Wagenius moved that HF 1570 be re-referred to the committee on Ways and Means with a recommendation that the bill be referred to the committee on Environment and Natural Resource Policy.
