Representative Jennifer Schultz, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:45 pm on Monday, February 4th, 2019 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Munson moved that the minutes from January 28, 2019 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
