Representative Bernardy, Chair of the Higher Education Finance & Policy Division, called the meeting to order at 8:11 A.M. on April 26, 2019, in Room 10 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

Representative Vang moved the minutes from April 10, 2019 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILS.
HF 2849 (Bernardy) Argosy University closure student relief provided, and report required.
Representative Bernardy moved HF 2849 be referred to Ways & Means.
Representative Bernardy moved the author’s amendment H2849A1 be incorporated. THE MOTION PREVAILS.
