MINUTES

Representative Alice Hausman, Chair of the Housing Finance and Policy Division, called the eleventh meeting to order at 8:00 A.M. on Wednesday, April 3rd, in room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Pierson moves the minutes from March 27th for adoption. THE MOTION PREVAILS AND THE MINUTES ARE ADOPTED.

Representative Howard (Vice Chair) assumes the gavel.

HF 1151 (Hausman) Housing Finance Agency funding provided for housing programs, and money appropriated.

Representative Hausman moves that HF1151 be referred to the committee on Ways and Means.

Representative Hausman moves the author’s DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILS AND THE AMENDMENT IS ADOPTED.

Representative Howard moves the H1151 A2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILS AND THE AMENDMENT IS ADOPTED.
