Representative Lesch, Chair of the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Division Committee, called the meeting to order at 9:46am on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Considine moved the minutes from January 22, 2019 for approval. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

District Courts Overview began.

Minnesota Board on Judicial Standards began departmental overview.

The meeting was adjourned at 10:48am.
