MINUTES


Representative Moller, Vice Chair of the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Division Committee, called the meeting to order at 9:50am on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Moller began the meeting at 9:50 A.M. A quorum was present.

Representative Liebling moved the minutes from February 19, 2019 for approval. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Guardian Ad Litem presentation began.

HF 13 (Kunesh-Podein) Gender equality provided for under the law and constitutional amendment proposed.

Representative Moller motioned for HF 13 to be re-referred to the Ways and Means Committee.

Representative Kunesh-Podein presented HF 13 to the committee.

Representative Bahr moved the HF A-19 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS NOT ADOPTED.
