MINUTES

Representative Mariani, Chair of the Public Safety and Criminal Justice Reform Finance and Policy Division, called the meeting to order at 12:50 P.M. on March 13th, 2019, in room 120 of the State Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF 563 (Moran) Heaven's Law created, commissioner of human services directed to report to the legislature on information sharing in interstate child protection investigations, investigation into a future interstate compact on child protection data required, information required to be requested as part of an assessment or investigation, and consideration required of past maltreatment to determine investigations.
