MINUTES

Representative Mariani, Chair of the Public Safety and Criminal Justice Reform Finance and Policy Division, called the meeting to order at 5:17 P.M. on January 29th, 2020, at the Mitchell Hamline Law School. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.
