MINUTES

Representative Michael V. Nelson, Chair of the State Government Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:00 AM, March 5, 2020 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Huot moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on March 4, 2020 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Vice Chair Klevorn assumed the gavel at 8:01 AM.

Chair Nelson moved HF3499.

HF3499 (Nelson, M.); Transferring and appropriating money for purposes of the Help America Vote Act.

Representative Albright moved Amendment H3499A1. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Nelson held HF3499, as amended, over for further consideration.

Chair Nelson reassumed the gavel at 8:24 AM.

Representative Masin moved HF2230 be held over for further consideration.

HF2230 (Masin); Modifying salon licensure requirements and continuing education requirements.
