MINUTES

Representative Zack Stephenson, Chair of the Commerce Finance and Policy Committee, called the virtual meeting to order at 3:00 PM on February 10, 2021 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

Representative Kotyza-Witthuhn moved to approve the minutes from the committee meeting on February 9, 2021. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF109 (Noor); Automatic sprinkler system installation required in existing high-rise buildings, and rulemaking authorized.

Representative Stephenson moved HF109 be recommended to be referred to the Public Safety and Criminal Justice Reform Finance and Policy Committee.

Representative Koegel moved the H0652DE1 (Koegel) amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
