MINUTES

Representative Jim Davnie, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the virtual meeting to order at 10:30am on April 5, 2022, pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcasted via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Marquart moved that the minutes from April 4, 2022, be approved. Motion prevailed.

Vice-Chair Sandstede assumed the gavel at 10:36am.

House Research informationally walked through the remaining articles of the DE1 amendment.

Testimony from the public to the DE1 amendment in HF 4300. The DE1 amendment was previously introduced to the committee on April 4, 2022.

*An author’s Delete-All amendment to House File 4300 (Davnie) will be posted by Monday, April 4th, 2022. The deadline to submit amendments to the DE will be Tuesday, April 5 at 10:30am. The amendments are due to the CA by 10:30am on Tuesday. Action will be taken on the bill no later than Thursday April 7th, 2022.
