LOCAL GOVERNMENT DIVISION MINUTES
Representative Sandra Masin, Chair of the Division on Local Government, called the virtual meeting to order at 8:30 AM on March 2, 2022 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Vice Chair Elkins presented HF 3256, A bill for an act relating to local and metropolitan government; modifying provisions related to local land use and building permits for the Legalizing Affordable Housing Act.

Representative Pelowski presented HF 3682, A bill for an act relating to local government; expanding certain requirements regarding qualified newspapers.
