HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES NINETY-SECOND SESSION

LOCAL GOVERNMENT DIVISION MINUTES

Representative Sandra Masin, Chair of the Division on Local Government, called the virtual meeting to order at 8:30 AM on April 28th, 2022 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Lead Quam moved that the minutes from March 30, 2022 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Masin moved that HF 1122 be laid over.
Representative Hornstein presented HF 1122, A bill for an act relating to metropolitan government; providing for the election of Metropolitan Council members.
