MINUTES


Representative Peter Fischer, Chair of the Behavioral Health Policy Division, and pursuant to House rule 10.01, called the remote meeting to order at 8:30 am on Wednesday, March 10, 2021. The meeting was broadcast live via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant took the roll.

Representative Moller moved to adopt the minutes from the division meeting from Wednesday, March 3, 2021. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


HF 1299 (Frederick) - Chemical dependency treatment administrative rule provision repealed.

Representative Frederick moved that House File 1299 be recommended for referral to the Human Services Finance and Policy Committee.

Representative Frederick presented the bill.
