MINUTES

Representative Winkler, Chair of the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee, called the remote meeting to order at 10:15 A.M. on Thursday, January 20, 2022 pursuant to House rule 10.01.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Winkler called the meeting at 10:15 A.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Sydney Jordan moved that the minutes of September 20, 2021 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Winkler moved adoption of the 2022-23 Legislative Plan for Employee Benefits book. Kelly Knight, Director of Human Resources of the Minnesota House of Representatives Human Resources Department, testified on the 2022-23 Legislative Plan for Employee Benefits book. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Winkler moved adoption of Personnel Reports: appointments, change-in-status, terminations. Kelly Knight, Director of Human Resources of the Minnesota House of Representatives Human Resources Department, testified on Personnel reports: appointments, change-in-status, terminations. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
