MINUTES

Representative Winkler, Chair of the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee, called the remote meeting to order at 10:02 A.M. on Friday, May 13, 2022 pursuant to House rule 10.01.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Winkler called the meeting at 10:02 A.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Esther Agbaje moved that the minutes of May 12, 2022 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Winkler moved that the Calendar of the Day for May 17, 2022 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Winkler moved to waive committee deadlines for future action on HF 4818 pursuant to Joint Rule 2.03 and Senate Concurrent Resolution 15, and that the bill be re-referred to the committee on Judiciary Finance and Civil Law. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Winkler moved to waive committee deadlines for future action on HF 2917 pursuant to Joint Rule 2.03 and Senate Concurrent Resolution 15, and that the bill be re-referred to the committee on Ways and Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Winkler moved to waive committee deadlines for future action on HF 4850 pursuant to Joint Rule 2.03 and Senate Concurrent Resolution 15, and that the bill be re-referred to the committee on Ways and Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:05 A.M.
