RULES AND LEGISLATIVE ADMINISTRATION MINUTES

Representative Ryan Winkler, Chair of the Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration, called the meeting to order at 10:00 AM on Monday, December 19th, 2022, in Room 10 of the State Office Building

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Agbaje moved to approve the minutes for the Friday, July 1, 2022, meeting. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.

Presentation on the safety, accessibility, infrastructure needs, and security of the State Office Building.

Testifying:
- Robert Meyerson, Former Chief Sergeant at Arms, Minnesota House of Representatives
- Christopher Guevin, Director of Facilities Management, Minnesota Department of Administration
- David Fenley, Minnesota Council on Disability
- Captain Eric Roeske, Director of Capitol Security in the State Patrol

The meeting was adjourned at 11:40 AM.
