RULES AND LEGISLATIVE ADMINISTRATION MINUTES

Representative Ryan Winkler, Chair of the Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration, called the meeting to order at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, December 21st, 2022, in Room 10 of the State Office Building

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Agbaje moved to approve the minutes for the Monday, December 21, 2022, meeting. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.

Presentation on the State Office Building Design Consultation Process and Programming Needs

Testifying:
- Joe Stahlmann, Vice President of MOCA

Presentation on the State Office Building proposed design

Testifying:
- Steve Berg, Architect, BWBR

Chair Winkler moved to adopt the Resolution on State Office Building Improvement and Expansion. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE RESOLUTION WAS ADOPTED.


The meeting was adjourned at 10:33 AM.
