MINUTES

Chair Youakim, Chair of the Property Tax Division, called the remote meeting to order at 3:00 P.M. on March 16, 2022, pursuant to House Rule 10.01. The meeting is being broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Marquart moved the approval of the March 9, 2022 minutes. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 3224 (Huot) Education; long-term facility maintenance revenue increase, local optional revenue increased, enhanced debt service equalization aid provided for consolidating school districts, school district property taxes reduced, school formula equalization aid increased, and money appropriated.

Representative Marquart moved that HF 3224 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Property Tax Division Report.

Representative Huot presented the bill.

Chair Youakim moved that HF 3518 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Property Tax Division Report.

Chair Youakim moved the A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. The A1 amendment was adopted.

Representative Marquart moved that HF 3629 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Property Tax Division Report.
