MINUTES

Representative Rena Moran, Chair of the Committee, called the remote Ways and Means Committee meeting to order at 8:30 A.M. on Monday, February 8, 2021, pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was conducted over Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services and Facebook Live.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Olson moved to adopt the minutes from Monday, February 1, 2021. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


HF133 (Becker-Finn) Conveying state land interests provisions modified, state parks added to and deleted from, and state land sales authorized.

Representative Becker-Finn moved that HF133 be recommended to be placed on the General Register

Representative Becker-Finn gave an overview of HF133.

Representative Hansen moved that HF30 be recommended to be placed on the General Register.

Representative Hansen gave an overview of HF30.

Representative Hansen moved the H0030A4 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Hansen renewed the motion that HF30, as amended, be recommended to be placed on the General Register. A roll call was taken, and the results were as follows:

Chair Moran announced that HF445 would be heard on an informational basis only and that no official action would be taken by the committee at this time.

Representative Mariani gave an overview of HF445 and answered member questions.
