MINUTES
INFORMATIONAL HEARING

Representative Jim Davnie, Chair of the Ethics Committee, called the virtual meeting to order at 5:00pm on February 2, 2021 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting is being broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Informational hearing from Nonpartisan House Research Staff providing overview of the Ethics Committee and the written procedures for an ethics complaint.
